Ordered some clothes which never arrived. Emailed to ask where they were, was sent an email as the business had been put into administration by the owners. They relaunched the business the next day with the same name, no refunds no goods. This business behaviour is an insight as to what kind of leadership this company has. Avoid if you don't want to get ripped off.
Purchase 3 items, only received 1 item, contacted customer services regards my missing items without any vail. I then had to get my credit issuer involved which refunded me full. Once I received full refund Secret Sale responded to me by email.. after 3 weeks wait.. it was to late as they did not respond to me or either to my credit issuer. AVOID terrible customer services.

Nobody will take responsibility for the delivery driver leaving a parcel in ridiculous place when someone was in the house and didn't put a note through day and a half it was there with nobody knowing and got destroyed .customer ascribes rubbish lost 36 quid never shopping with them again
Very unhelpful unprofessional. Once you made order and paid the price they dnt care at all. No amendment or return or cancellation. Think twice before you purchase.
This company can only be contacted via email, they promise a response within 24 hours.... it doesn't happen. Order still showing as processing, no tracking and no response to my emails requesting information of my order's whereabouts. Anyone that doesn't receive orders/refunds should not just leave a bad review on this site but take action, as I shall be doing. Pursue this company for acting fraudulently and do not simply accept that you have lost money. They need to understand that their company will be ultimately found out; their unscrupulous way of doing business will be uncovered.
Horrible buisness they behave malicious is not genuine people the don't answer at email I they don't send my invoice I buy dpd return I can download the label this company is very very bad avoid them
I bought four items from this company. Three arrived really quickly and were great. One did not. Emailed the company. Quick and friendly response and I got a refund for the missing item.
Love secret sales. Always brilliant discounts and great choice of high quality brands and products. Would highly recommend.
Submitted an order with number of items back in March and generally you never get all in one go they always come at different time. One item never arrived and under there sight it says delivery in progress. Given it has been sometime I reached out to them to see what had happened only to find out not only I am not getting this item but also I am charged for it where they are not taking any responsibility for not delivering.
My parcel was left on the floor in the street somewhere. When I finally asked when it was arriving, they said it was delivered & I needed to fill out a form. After waiting sometime for the form. They then it was to late to do anything. As well as battling with Covid I'm now £94 out of pocket because they think its acceptable to leave a parcel just on floor. I dont have a garden or safe place anywhere.
Terrible returns customer service. Item was received back on the 9th April. Its now the 26th and I have had no refund. Customer service useless.And lets add to this that the item (which was wrongly sized and exceptionally poor quality - is for sale at sports direct at half what this company charged for it. Read the bad reviews of this company here and you see that whatever problem you're having, hundreds of others have had it before. I note that there are people waiting months for refunds. So its not a "sale" and the only thing secret about it is how you get your refund.
